Melanie M. Fan

Melanie joined Ampersand in 2018. Most recently she was an Associate at Frazier Healthcare, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to joining Frazier, Melanie was at UBS Investment Bank where she worked on a number of leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings for middle market healthcare companies. Melanie holds a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from Duke and a M.B.A. in Health Care Management from Wharton.
