Peter Straub

Peter Straub is an accomplished leader in the interconnect and sensor systems industry, currently serving as President of the Amphenol Interconnect and Sensor Systems Division since December 2013. Prior to this role, Peter held multiple leadership positions at Amphenol, including Vice President and Group General Manager of the Amphenol Sensor Technology Group. Peter's extensive experience includes a tenure at GE as Product General Manager and in various sales, marketing, and product management roles. Earlier in their career, Peter worked at Bowthorpe/Spirent - Keystone Thermometrics as Vice President of Sales Marketing and Operations, at Delphi as Engineering Manager, and at General Motors as a Product and Process Engineer. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University.
