Christopher Young serves as the Director of Recruiting & Human Resources at Ampion Group LLC since October 2021, overseeing operations in a prominent insurance claims firm managing over $2 billion in indemnity payments and two million daily catastrophe claims. Previously, Christopher held roles as a Senior Adjuster/Appraiser and Air Quality Specialist within the same company, contributing expertise in mold inspection and air quality assessments. Additionally, Christopher has been the Lead Pastor at Graceway Community Church since July 2019 and was previously involved with the West Tennessee Critical Incident Response Team as a Critical Incident Team Member, Union Baptist Church in Lexington, TN as Pastor, and the Henderson County Fire Department as Chaplain. Educational achievements include a Doctorate in Ministry from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, earned between 2005 and 2007.
