Lisa started their career as the Regional Vice President at Randstad USA, where they managed the New York regional branches and focused on operations and revenue growth. Following this, they joined Nielsen Associates as the Executive HR Recruiting Manager, a position they held from 2015 to 2019. Lisa then became the Senior Human Resources and Recruitment Manager at KellyOCG, where they were responsible for managing recruiting, client and vendor relationships. Lisa's most recent role is the Director of Human Resources, Recruiting, and Administrative Services at Hendrickson Fire Rescue Equipment, Inc., where they are in charge of creating the Human Resources department and overseeing administrative and sales operations.
