Eugen Cotei

Eugen Cotei has a diverse work experience history. In 2016, they participated in various environmental and sustainability programs, including the Student Climate and Conservation Congress and the Yale Young Global Scholars. In 2018, Eugene received the Bowdoin Classics Fellowship. From 2017 to 2021, Eugen worked at Bowdoin College, taking on multiple roles such as a Chemical Oceanographer, Spanish Conversation Instructor, Writing Assistant, Craft Center Manager, and Eco-Representative. Eugen also worked as an Environmental Strategist at Truelabel in 2020 and as a Research Intern at the Institute of Marine Sciences (CSIC) in 2019. In 2021, Eugen joined the Portland Water District as a Sebago Lake Watershed Protection Specialist. Later that year, they moved on to AECOM as an Environmental Scientist. Currently, Eugen works as a Sales Executive at Ampion, PBC.

Eugen Cotei attended Rancho Medical Magnet Academy from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Medical Magnet High School Diploma. From 2017 to 2021, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Earth and Oceanographic Sciences and Hispanic Studies at Bowdoin College.
