Matt McKinnon

Matt McKinnon has over twenty years of experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields. In 2021, they began working as Vice President of Human Capital for Ampion, Inc., the leading provider of software and services to DERS (Distributed Renewable Energy Resource Suppliers). From 2019 to 2021, they were Director of Talent Acquisition - Data & Analytics for Nike, after they acquired Celect, Inc., where they had been Vice President of Talent Acquisition & HR since 2017. From 2009 to 2017, they were Head of I.T & Emerging Business Recruiting for Iron Mountain. From 2005 to 2009, they were Director of Program Management for Fidelity Investments (Institutional Wealth Services), and from 2003 to 2005, they were Branch Manager for Kelly Financial Resources. From 1997 to 2003, they were Principal/Owner of The McKinnon Group, Inc., a recruiting firm with three independent partners in the New England area.

Matt McKinnon received their MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2009. Matt also holds a BA in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
