Mike Hendershott

Mike Hendershott has over 12 years of professional experience in operations, service delivery, applications consulting, and business solutions. In 2019, they began their current role as Vice President Operations at Ampion, PBC. Prior to this, they spent 12 years at Energy Services Group (ESG), serving as Manager, Service Delivery, Senior Applications Consultant, Business Solutions Specialist, and Client Operations Analyst. In their role as Manager, Service Delivery, Mike led the management of global delivery services for ESG's diverse SaaS-based product portfolio. As Senior Applications Consultant, they gathered requirements with clients to coordinate technical implementations and improve legacy systems. As Business Solutions Specialist, Mike networked with clients and trading partners coordinating certification testing for data exchange protocols. In their role as Client Operations Analyst, Mike enabled efficient client operations by expediently verifying production runs and resolving escalated process failures. Mike also represented ESG with the State of Maryland to implement new energy trading standards and datasets that went live in 2010.

Mike Hendershott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Curry College.
