Roveena Dias

Roveena Dias is an experienced quality assurance professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various leadership roles within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Test Lead and Senior Test Consultant at Australia Post and Ampion since December 2019, Roveena has a strong background in planning and executing test schedules and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previous positions include Sr Quality Assurance Analyst Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Quality Assurance Lead at Best Buy, and Technical Test Lead at Infosys, where Roveena managed testing phases and led teams to achieve project objectives. Roveena also has experience in banking applications, having worked as Test Lead at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, along with foundational expertise as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra. Roveena holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
