John Rademaker

John Rademaker is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and gaming sectors. Currently serving as Chief Evangelist at Ample Labs since January 2023, Rademaker also provides guidance as a Startup Coach for Social Impact, focusing on strategy, leadership, and culture. Previously, Rademaker founded and led NuBix as CEO, successfully raising $1.25 million in a seed round. Additional leadership roles include CEO of BixData, where Rademaker oversaw the development of large-scale cluster management solutions, and CEO of Astro Gaming, which specialized in professional gaming accessories. Rademaker also led Infotone Communications and founded Sync Research, establishing a reputation for building successful networking products for major clients. An independent developer early in their career, Rademaker has a foundational background in programming and engineering. Rademaker holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has an educational background from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
