Saurabh Nolakha

Saurabh Nolakha is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Acquisitions at Ample Parks since April 2023, where the focus lies on identifying projects for industrial and logistics park development across India. Previously, Saurabh held the position of Head of Acquisitions for Industrial & Logistics Parks at Lodha Group from October 2021 to April 2023, overseeing real estate transactions and investments. Prior to that, Saurabh worked as an Investment Manager at LOGOS Group, managing deal sourcing and closure from September 2016 to October 2021. Saurabh's career also includes a role as Sr. Associate - Investments at Avenue Venture Partners from January 2014 to September 2016, focusing on negotiations and structuring in real estate private equity, and as a Senior Manager at DTZ from October 2011 to January 2014, responsible for advisory services and client relationships. Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant, having completed studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2003 to 2006, and holds a degree in Commerce from St. Anselms School from 1998 to 2001.
