Harbir Ahuja

Harbir Ahuja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Ample since February 2024, Harbir Ahuja collaborates with senior leadership to design and implement comprehensive talent strategies and develop performance management systems. Prior to this role, Harbir Ahuja held several positions at Fossil Group, Inc., including Function Manager and Senior Manager of Learning and Development, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing training initiatives. Harbir Ahuja began a career in training and development with Max Life Insurance Company Limited and had previous roles at Reliance Life Insurance and HSBC, enhancing the skills and productivity of sales teams. Harbir Ahuja earned a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya.
