Todd Erickson

Todd Erickson currently serves as the Director of Account Management at AMPLEXOR International, a position held since December 2017, where responsibilities include achieving financial and customer satisfaction goals for strategic accounts and managing a global team. Prior to this, Todd held the role of Director of Client Experience at Sajan for a brief period in 2017, focusing on client service team positioning and customer advocacy. Todd's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Allen Interactions from 2010 to 2017, where Todd was part of the Executive Management team and oversaw e-learning operations. Earlier roles include Studio Executive and Sr. Producer, as well as various project management positions at companies such as BI and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Todd holds a Master's degree in Information Media, Learning and Development from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
