At Macy’s Merchandising Group, Kate excelled in various roles, including Director of Marketing, Operations & Business Development, focusing on alternative revenue streams for Macy's Private Brands. Additional experience includes significant operational leadership at DDLA/Diane's Designs Imports, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President of Operations to Manager of Operations.
