Sreedhar Mylavarapu

Sreedhar Mylavarapu is the current head of engineering at AmplifAI. Prior to this, they were the IT director at Alorica from January 2007 to September 2014. In this role, they led the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of projects within all time and budget parameters for 40+ call centers supporting $560 million in annual revenues. Sreedhar also improved the quality and responsiveness of IT team by aligning with business units to develop greater business expertise in supporting 300+ new monthly system change requests.

Sreedhar Mylavarapu increased departmental efficiency and profitability by 37% through matrix organizational structure that allowed for responsive shift of applicable experts to meet user needs. Sreedhar also reduced staffing by 15% within six-months while supporting increased project load across multiple locations. In addition, they reduced software defects by over 20% through more effective assignment of staff, establishing firm rules for object-oriented module reuse, and introducing advanced code generation tools.

Sreedhar Mylavarapu achieved high customer satisfaction by pioneering a new application platform to build standardized applications and migrate disparate legacy applications obtained through mergers and acquisitions. Sreedhar was also responsible for the direct or indirect management of 50+ IT professionals including programmers, business & systems analysts, project managers, technical specialists, SQA analysts, and change-management teams.

Sreedhar Mylavarapu has a post graduate degree in Advanced Computer Systems Management from NIIT in the field of Computer Software Engineering. Sreedhar also has a B.Com from Andhra University in the field of Commerce & Accountancy. Sreedhar completed their high school from BVK College in the field of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
