Luke Tsekouras

Luke Tsekouras is an accomplished professional in the field of software engineering and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of ML Engineering at Kultura Capital Management since June 2025. As the Founder of netgames.io since May 2021, Luke has also held the position of Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning at Isomorphic Labs from January 2023 to June 2025. Prior to these roles, extensive experience was gained at Google, where Luke worked as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and Tech Lead from September 2015 to January 2023, and earlier as a Site Reliability Engineer. Additional software engineering roles were held at RoZetta Technology, Sirca Technology, Atlassian, and Ebix between 2011 and 2015. Luke graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales in 2015.
