Wallace Pluta II began his work experience in 1999 as a Financial Consignment role at Trillium Staffing Solutions, where he was responsible for monthly account reconciliation and posting to the general ledger. From 2000 to 2002, he worked as an Engine Specialist/Financial Consignment at GMSPO WHQ, handling reconciliation for engine and transmission accounts.

In 2016, Pluta joined General Motors as an eCataloging STEP SME, where he implemented aftermarket automotive data into PIES and ACES standards. Wallace joined Amplifi in 2018 as a Sr. Solution Consultant were he has implemented multiple projects across various PIM platforms and business types.

Prior to that, he earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Networking Technology (Novell) from Baker College of Flint in 2000. In addition to his degrees, Wallace Pluta II has obtained a certification from Stibo in 2017 for Workflows, Web UI, and Business rules as well as a PIM Proficiency from Salsify in February 2021.
