Adam K. Stern

Adam Stern is the CEO of SternAegis Ventures and has been the Head of Private Equity Banking at Aegis Capital Corporation since 2012. SternAegis partners with entrepreneurs and early-stage companies to bring ideas to life, endeavoring to create brands with long-term investment value. Prior to SternAegis, Mr. Stern was Senior Managing Director at Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc. from 1997 to 2012, where he managed the structured finance group focusing primarily on technology and life science companies. From 1989 to 1997, Mr. Stern was at Josephthal & Co., Inc., members of the New York Stock Exchange, where he served as Head of Private Equity and Managing Director. Mr. Stern has been a FINRA licensed securities broker since 1987 and a Registered General Securities Principal since 1991.
