Evan Aluise has over 10 years of experience in engineering and management roles. In 2016, they began their current role as Chief Engineer at AmplifiedAg, Inc.\u00ae. From 2013 to 2016, they were employed by the US Navy as a Program Manager and Production Manager. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams of over 200 people in the planning and execution of submarine operations and managed maintenance and certification programs. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Command Training Manager at the Nuclear Power School, supervising and ensuring quality in training operations for 225 staff and 1500 students. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Nuclear Power Instructor for the US Navy, where they were selected as the 2011 Instructor of the Year for Naval Education and Training Command.

Evan Aluise has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Darla Moore School of Business, obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University in 2008. In 2015, they obtained a Concepts in Submarine Design certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Evan also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University, and a Master Training Specialist certification from the US Navy.
