David Montanez

David Montanez, LEED GA, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the President of the Board for the Montanez Foundation since February 2025 and as Chief Engineer at UG2 since September 2022. Prior roles include Chief Engineer at Paramount Group from September 2014 to September 2022, and Stationary Engineer at Able Engineering from August 2004 to September 2014, where responsibilities included serving in various engineering capacities. David completed the Local 39 Stationary Engineer Apprenticeship program from 2006 to 2010 and holds a high school diploma from Terra Nova High School, graduated in 2004.
