Alessandro Ragusa

Alessandro Ragusa currently serves as the Head of HR for the Region Americas Back Office, Miracle Ear, and AHHC at Amplifon, where strategic HR initiatives are driven in partnership with business units and regional functions. Prior to this role, Alessandro was the Head of HR for the US Corporate Retail, overseeing various HR functions including performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational change. Alessandro's experience also includes roles as an HR Business Partner in Italy, focusing on the retail network, and as a Talent Acquisition and Development specialist. Previous positions include a Recruiting Specialist at EY and an HR Generalist at Philip Morris Italia. Alessandro holds a Master in Human Resources Management from Bologna Business School and a Laurea Magistrale in Organizational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
