Giovanni Putignano

Giovanni Putignano has over eight years of experience in total rewards and global mobility, currently serving as the Total Reward & Global Mobility Associate Director at Amplifon since October 2021. Prior to this role, Giovanni held several positions at Amplifon, including Global CoE Total Reward & Global Mobility Sr. Manager and Global CoE Total Reward Manager. Giovanni's career began at Mercer, where roles included Manager, Associate, Senior Consultant, and Consultant in Executive Compensation & Reward from February 2015 to December 2021. Giovanni holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Management from Luiss Guido Carli University.
