Marco Pettinari

Marco Pettinari is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at Amplifon since July 2007, currently serving as the Global IT Service Manager. In this role, Marco oversees various global back office applications, including Oracle Cloud and ERP systems, and serves as a demand manager for live processes in areas such as HCM and EPM. Additionally, Marco manages global HR tools and vendor performance management, employing technologies such as Service NOW and Power BI. Prior to this, Marco held the position of Corporate IT Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included managing HRIS, LMS, and group intranet projects across more than fifteen countries. Marco's career began at Accenture as a Senior Programmer, where the scope of work included full-cycle programming for CRM and EAI projects. Marco holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from MIP Politecnico di Milano.
