Stephanie Wu

Stephanie Wu currently serves as the Audiology Excellence & Retail Training Manager at Amplifon, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Bay Audio Australia from January 2012 to July 2023, where roles included National Clinical Manager, Clinical Leader and Audiologist, and Clinical Training Coordinator. Earlier, Stephanie worked as an Information Technology Helpdesk Analyst at the University of Queensland Information Technology from January 2008 to June 2012, and as a Speech Pathologist and Audiologist Research Assistant at Autism Queensland Limited in 2011-2012. Initial career experiences also include support work at Xavier Children's Support Network and roles in customer service and online tutoring. Stephanie holds a Master's Degree in Audiological Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.
