Colin Cooper

Colin Cooper has been working in the field of proposal management since 2017. Colin began their career as a Proposal Writer for Dominion Voting Systems in 2017. In 2019, they joined ECC as a Proposal Specialist II, where they facilitated the completion of proposals, RFPs, RFQs, IDIQs, and other business generating materials. Colin also maintained and managed document control and worked with interdisciplinary teams in writing, producing, and delivering high value federal government task orders and proposals. In 2021, they moved to Developmental Pathways as a Proposal and Compliance Manager. Currently, they are employed as a Proposal Manager at AmpliFund.

Colin Cooper received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2009. Colin also received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained a Colorado Teacher's License from the Colorado Department of Education.
