Scott Tracey has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they became a Published Author for Flux Books, BenBella Books, and Harlequin Teen. Scott wrote and edited novels for young adults, conducted social media outreach, and gave public speaking engagements. Scott has 7 novels and works in 2 anthologies published as of March 2018, with their latest anthology receiving a starred review from Kirkus.

In 2013, Scott Tracey joined Equity Trust Company as a Product Analyst and Business Analyst I. In their role as Product Analyst, they collaborated with a Scrum team as the product owner, groomed backlog items, set acceptance criteria, and performed final testing and signoff for sprint release. Scott also helped develop the product roadmap and prioritize backlog items through analytics and value assessments. As Business Analyst I, they worked with stakeholders on an automated billing system, organized and delivered access and controls review of all employees, and spearheaded the implementation of new tracking and monitoring as part of a SOC review.

In 2022, Scott Tracey joined AmpliFund as a Product Owner. In this role, they guided and supported a cross functional team within a SAFe methodology building custom development solutions for government agencies within proprietary grant management software. Scott was responsible for creating and executing the overall client road map of development features according to both priority from the client as well as internal strategic alignments, and maintained an 85+% delivery of features against the contracted delivery dates.

Scott Tracey obtained their Diploma from Elyria Catholic High School in 1998 after studying General Studies from 1994-1998. Scott then attended Lorain County Community College from 1999-2001, where they studied Psychology and English. In 2018, they obtained a Certification of Business Analysis from Baldwin Wallace University. Finally, in 2019 they obtained an Associate's degree in Business from Cuyahoga Community College. In 2022, they are expected to obtain a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
