Amy Klazkin is a seasoned professional in UX research and design, currently serving as the Director of UX Research at Amplify since September 2019, leading various user research initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product insights. Previous roles include Associate Director and Senior User Experience Researcher at Amplify, as well as a UX Design and Research Consultant at TeachFX. Klazkin has extensive experience in content design and curriculum development, having been a Senior Content Designer at Freckle Education and a content producer for science curriculum materials. Early career experiences include teaching 3rd grade and serving as a corps member with Teach for America. Amy holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from Loyola Marymount University, and completed a UX Design Career Track Program at Springboard.
