Carol Crowell

Carol Crowell is currently a Technical Onboarding Specialist at Amplify since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Client Experience Manager and Customer Success Manager at Cialfo from September 2020 to April 2023, and as a Client Success Consultant in Events Management at Cvent from February 2018 to May 2020. Additional experience includes the role of Area Coordinator at Marymount University from July 2014 to February 2018, and Graduate Assistant positions at George Mason University from 2012 to 2014. Carol holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Master's in Interdisciplinary Studies from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education from The University of Toledo.
