Kristen Hale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain auditing, talent development, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Assistant Cost Auditor at Amplify since September 2022, Kristen focuses on auditing supply chain invoices to identify savings opportunities. Previously, in roles at KEDCO, Kristen conceptualized and executed a Talent Development and Recruitment Program, enhancing networking and growth opportunities for Kosciusko County residents. Prior positions include Talent Partner at both KEDCO and OrthoWorx, managing recruitment initiatives and events, as well as providing executive support at Zimmer Biomet in various finance and administrative capacities. Kristen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Grace College & Seminary and has completed coursework towards a BA with a minor in Psychology of Human Development at Ball State University.
