Matthew Ely

Matthew Ely serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Amplify, overseeing supply chain planning that supports over $600 million in annual sales and roughly $300 million in annual physical goods revenue. Responsibilities include optimizing product design to enhance customer experience and minimize costs. Previously, Ely held multiple leadership roles at Amplify, including Vice President of Business Operations and Executive Director of Operations for Literacy, where strategic management of product development and cross-departmental coordination were key focuses. Earlier experience includes teaching roles at Kipp Tech Valley Charter School and Sung An Machinery, where curriculum design and instructional practices were developed. Matthew Ely holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Adolescent Education from SUNY Brockport.
