Ville Konsti is a seasoned operations and supply chain professional with extensive experience in multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Lindström, responsibilities include procurement, garment manufacturing, and operational excellence. Previously, as Vice President for Facility and Technology Innovation at Lindström, Ville focused on investment projects and sustainability initiatives. At Fazer, Ville held the position of Factory Director, overseeing a large confectionery manufacturing unit. Ville’s previous experience at KONE Corporation is marked by various managerial roles, including Manufacturing Manager and Director of Supply Operations Quality, where strategic development and operational improvements were key responsibilities. Ville holds Master's degrees in Management and Industrial Economics from Aalto University and Tampere University of Technology, respectively.
