Melissa Regalado

Melissa Regalado is an Associate User Researcher at Amplify, where responsibilities include leading interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify customer pain points and collaborating across teams to inform business strategy. Previous experience includes a User Research Internship at Quizlet, where project coordination and research delivery supported business goals, and an EdTech User Experience Researcher role at Plot Twisters, focusing on qualitative research and product strategy development. Regalado has also served as a UX Research Fellow at &Design, conducting research for a racial equity project, and participated in various roles at urspace and the University of Utah encompassing user experience design, qualitative research, and marketing. Regalado holds Bachelor's degrees in Strategic Communication and Political Science from the University of Utah and is pursuing further education at the David Eccles School of Business.
