Nicole Stein is a Senior Engineering Manager at Amplify, overseeing the Boost Reading digital application. Previously, Nicole participated in the Recurse Center, developing an AI-powered voice assistant and exploring new technologies. At Google, Nicole held dual roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, contributing to various projects including Google Lens and Tour Creator. Nicole has also taught web development as an instructor at the New York Code + Design Academy and has extensive experience in software engineering, beginning at Amplify and including internships at prestigious companies like Microsoft and Google. Nicole holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Engineering and two Bachelor of Science degrees, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
