Shaelyn Bagley

Shaelyn Bagley currently serves as Vice President of Central Services Supply Chain and Executive Director of Program Management at Amplify since May 2023. Prior to this, Shaelyn held the position of Director of Operations Analysis at Macmillan Learning from September 2015 to May 2023, where responsibilities included designing the Lean Six Sigma program and leading training initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Operational Analysis at Harvard Partners, LLP, and Project Analyst positions at both Hachette Book Group and Harvard Partners, LLP. An extensive background in project management and operational analysis is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College, with a minor in French.
