David Wilding

David Wilding, JD has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. David began their career at First Trust, where they served as an Operations Analyst and later as a Compliance Associate. At Performance Trust Capital Partners, they held multiple roles including Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel. In these positions, they oversaw compliance with regulatory requirements, managed legal matters, and developed compliance controls. David also played a key role in the firm's growth and expansion. Additionally, they served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at PT Asset Management, an affiliated firm specializing in fixed-income asset management. Most recently, they joined Amplify ETFs as the Chief Operating Officer.

David Wilding, JD completed their Juris Doctorate at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 2004, specializing in Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Covenant College in 1993. As for additional certifications, David became a Member of the Illinois State Bar Association in 2005. David also holds certifications in Series 7, 24, and 27 from FINRA, although the specific year of acquisition is unknown.
