Jess Schultz is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in go-to-market strategies and revenue operations. As the Founder of Amplify Group since January 2022, Jess has been providing fractional Chief Revenue Officer and Head of RevOps services to help businesses scale. Jess also serves as an Advisor at AFV Advisory Network, offering consulting and mentorship to companies within the American Family Ventures portfolio. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Manifold as VP of Business Development, driving deal sourcing and fundraising, and leading venture capital and private equity efforts at TriNet. Previous positions were held at Trading Technologies, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank, contributing to a robust background in finance and account management. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
