Stephen M. Napoli, CFA, serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for Emergent Holdings and Amplify Life Insurance. With prior experience as an Independent Director at AmeriTrust Group, Inc., Stephen’s extensive career includes a notable role as Chief Investment Officer for Prudential Financial’s International Businesses, where leadership spanned investment strategies across multiple regions and asset classes. Stephen also contributed to PGIM Japan Co, Ltd as a Board Member and played a pivotal role in establishing the International Portfolio Management unit at Prudential.
