Sam Delois

Sam DeLois has extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies within the staffing, consulting, and risk management sectors. As Chairman of the Board at Knight Management Group since January 2018, Sam oversees a $130 million conglomerate offering staffing and consulting services. Sam also serves as CEO of LaborNowHR, a light industrial staffing company, and AMPlify Resources Group, a boutique consulting firm helping clients enhance operational efficiencies. Additionally, Sam has held the position of Principal at Trinity Risk Management since May 2009, focusing on alternative risk management for the temporary staffing industry. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and a BS in Finance with an AS in Accounting, both from Bentley University.
