About The Role & Team

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketer to spearhead demand generation efforts across EMEA and APJ regions. This role is pivotal in owning and enhancing the digital sales pipeline, working in close collaboration with growth marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams. Your core objective will be to drive consistent double-digit month-over-month growth by crafting and executing innovative strategies with measurable results. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact, leveraging creative campaigns and data-driven insights to optimize performance. Success will hinge on your ability to think strategically, adapt to diverse regional needs, and foster seamless collaboration with global teams.

As a Regional Digital Lead, you will:

  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and experiential marketing, tailored to regional audiences.
  • Leverage multiple channels (email, paid, social, in-product) to generate sales pipeline.
  • Partner with paid marketing and ABM teams to develop regionally-tailored ad strategies; manage contractors and agencies to activate ads in-region.Collaborate with regional stakeholders and sales teams to understand and address region-specific marketing needs.
  • Ensure seamless lead handover and alignment of sales processes with marketing funnel stages by coordinating with sales teams.
  • Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix to optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth or demand generation.
  • Proficiency with paid marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas succinctly and persuasively.Demonstrated experience writing compelling, customer-focused copy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with regional marketing nuances in EMEA and APJ.
  • A scrappy, proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and iterate.
  • A track record of achieving measurable growth in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of funnel optimization techniques and performance marketing metrics.
