Elisa Steele

Elisa Steele is the former CEO of Namely, and currently serves on the boards of multiple publicly-held technology companies, including Bumble, JFrog, Procore, and Splunk. Prior to Namely, Ms. Steele held various leadership positions at Jive Software, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President. Ms. Steele has also previously held executive leadership positions at Microsoft, Skype, and NetApp. Ms. Steele received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
