Liping Yin

Liping Yin is currently a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Amplitude, having joined the company in May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Solutions Engineer at Chartboost from September 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities involved troubleshooting customer inquiries across various platforms, conducting live technical support calls, and automating tasks through programming and database technologies. Additionally, Liping contributed to training sessions and Help Site updates to enhance support knowledge. Prior to this, Liping worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Twente, mentoring students in Java software development. Liping holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology and an Honours Programme degree in Entrepreneurship & Business Development from the University of Twente, along with ongoing professional development through Udemy courses.
