Steffie Marshalina Halim is a seasoned Customer Success professional with extensive experience in various roles across the technology and media industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amplitude since April 2022, Steffie previously held positions at impress.ai as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and at Perx Technologies as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Regional). With a strong foundation in customer success from earlier roles at Ematic Solutions, Steffie progressed from Customer Success Manager to Regional Lead and Country Lead for Indonesia. Steffie's early career included marketing and production roles at 4th Row Films, NBCUniversal, and Plum TV, supporting significant projects and collaborations in digital media production.
