Erica Smith

Erica Smith has extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness. Erica currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Amplity Health, where they lead the daily people operations for the US business and corporate teams. Erica is also responsible for driving strategic HR partnership and organizational people plans with executive leadership teams. Prior to this, Erica served as the Vice President and Head of Talent and Culture at Professional Plumbing Group, Inc, where they built and executed a people strategy to support a high performing culture. Before that, Erica worked at Comcast NBCUniversal as the Sr. Director of Talent Initiatives, where they created talent experiences and led enterprise efforts for TECHWomen, an internal professional network. Erica also held various HR roles at QVC, including Director of HR Solutions Delivery and Employee Engagement, Sr. Manager of HR Business Partner, Manager of Organization Effectiveness, Sr. Talent Development Partner, and Organizational Development Specialist. Throughout their career, Erica has demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance management, organization design, and culture initiatives.

Erica Smith holds a B.S. in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University. Erica also obtained an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have completed certifications in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning from LinkedIn. Erica is also a qualified administrator for Hogan Leadership Assessments through Hogan Assessment Systems. Erica is a Prosci Change Management practitioner certified by Prosci.
