Frank Clifford

Frank Clifford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Frank currently holds the position of VP of Finance at Amplity Health since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of FP&A at Ocugen from an unknown start date to September 2023. Frank also served as the Head of FP&A at UBC from 2018 to 2021 and as the Director of FP&A at Bioclinica from 2015 to 2018. Frank has experience at GlaxoSmithKline, where they worked as a Migration KT Project Manager from 2013 to 2015, handling end-to-end migration programs and managing project budgets and timelines. Frank also had roles as a Clinical Project Manager and Financial Analyst Government Contracts at GlaxoSmithKline from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Frank worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at PECO Energy from 2008 to 2009, providing financial analysis and support. Frank also served as a Senior Financial Analyst at INVISTA from 2007 to 2008, providing financial support and analysis. Frank started their career at Boeing as a Business Analyst from 2003 to 2007, where they prepared contracts, proposals, and agreements, and managed budgets and cost collection.

Frank Clifford's education history includes several different programs and degrees. Frank attended Villanova University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a degree in Finance. In 2004 to 2005, they attended the Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business and earned an MBA. In 2006, they enrolled in The Wharton School's Pension Fund and Investment Management Program. Finally, in 2009 to 2010, they attended Villanova University again, this time studying for a Six Sigma Black Belt in the field of study.
