Kim McCarthy

Kim McCarthy is an experienced talent acquisition support specialist consultant at Amplity Health since March 2021, focusing on sourcing candidates for pharmaceutical positions. Additionally, Kim has worked as a temporary associate for Kelly since February 2018, assisting with early voting in Orange County, Florida, prior to each election cycle. From September 2018 to February 2020, Kim served as a convention assistant at Visit Orlando, primarily handling registrations at various conventions and events. Prior experience includes a role as a project engineer at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division from October 1985 to May 2002, where Kim led engineering efforts for naval training systems, including proposal evaluations and design reviews.
