Tara Bauer

Tara (Decko) Bauer is a seasoned professional in customer success and enablement, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Customer Success at Seismic since April 2019, where Tara is instrumental in enhancing customer engagement and revenue growth through the Seismic Enablement Cloud. In addition, Tara has taken on the role of DE&I Co-Lead, contributing to the Community of Belonging for Parents & Guardians within Seismic's diversity, equity, and inclusion program. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success Management at PTC, where Tara focused on driving adoption and retention for IoT and AR customers. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Eze Castle Integration and IMG, as well as an Associate Program Director position at IntraMed Educational Group. Tara holds a BA from Wake Forest University.
