With extensive experience in customer services across various organizations, including roles as Head of Customer Services at Stafford and Rural Homes and Head of Housing Services at Longhurst Group, Craig is committed to motivating and empowering teams while maintaining a strong operational involvement. Craig began their education at Newcastle-under-Lyme College, where they completed A-levels in Business Studies, Psychology, and Sociology.
