Leah Okrainsky has worked in a variety of roles in the energy and engineering sectors since 2011. Leah began their career as an Engineering Intern at the Port Authority of NY & NJ in 2011. Leah then worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Johnson & Johnson in 2014, a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Integrated Design Group, Inc. in 2015, a Data Operations Co-op at EnerNOC in 2016, an Operations Consultant at Autodesk in 2020, a Marketing Consultant at kW Engineering in 2020, a Program Operations Analyst, Senior Program Operations Analyst, and Program Manager at Stem, Inc. from 2017-2021, a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at Enel X in 2021, and a Teaching Assistant (TA)- Marketing and Brand Engagement at Presidio Graduate School in 2020. Leah is currently a Technical Program Manager at bp pulse fleet (formerly AMPLY Power) since 2022.

Leah Okrainsky has a diverse educational background. Leah attended Bergen County Academies from 2008 to 2012. Leah then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology until 2014. After that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University between 2012 and 2016. In 2019, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Sustainability Studies from Presidio Graduate School, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, Leah holds several certifications, including a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance obtained in June 2022, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers obtained in October 2021, a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council obtained in January 2021, an Introduction to Human-Centered Design from IDEO.org obtained in August 2020, and a HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot obtained in March 2020.
