Niall Stevenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data risk management and governance. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Data Risk and Head of Enterprise Data Governance at Ampol, Niall has previously held key positions including Head of Data Governance at GrainCorp, and Director of Data Risk and Compliance Analytics at Deloitte Australia. Niall’s career also includes significant roles at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of data management, including data risk, privacy management, and project management within the financial services sector. Niall began the professional journey as an Information Services Support Team Manager at Kokua Communications and gained foundational experience in technology consultancy and systems support prior to pursuing advanced studies in financial markets, risk, computer networking, and business management.
