Perry Heng

Perry Heng is an experienced professional in the maritime and shipping industry, currently serving as the Demurrage & Ancillary Team Lead at Ampol. Previously, Perry held multiple roles at Shell International Eastern Trading Company, including Regional Cargo Claims & Loss Control Team Lead for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, Senior Claims Analyst, and Demurrage Analyst. Perry's career also includes experience as a Freight Operator at "K" Line Pte Ltd (Tanker) and Operations Analyst at Megaports Agencies Pte Ltd, as well as serving as a Navigation Specialist in the Singapore Navy. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton and a Graduate Diploma in Maritime Law and Arbitration along with a Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration from the NUS Faculty of Law.
