Batina Smith started their career in human resources in 1997 at Ethan Allen Global, Inc. Batina has held various HR management positions in companies such as MB Haynes Corporation, Jacob Holm, Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, Henry Schein, and AMPORTS Inc. Currently, Batina serves as a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives into leadership roles.
